I didn’t choose this path.

Heartbreak carved it into me.

For most of my life,

I was the girl who

held everything in.
The soft one.
The strong one.

The one who could take

care of everyone else while

quietly falling apart inside.

And then I lived through

the heartbreak that finally

broke me open.

The kind you don’t talk about.
The kind that rearranges your insides.

The kind that forces you

to meet yourself at rock bottom

when everything you loved
…or imagined a future with

…or prayed you were enough for
falls away.

That heartbreak became

the beginning of my healing—
and eventually,

the beginning of this space.

Healing From Bed

wasn’t born from perfection.
It wasn’t built on morning routines

or beach journaling

or any of the pretty versions

of healing we’re taught to admire.

It came from the dark.
From silence.

From the nights where

my chest hurt so much

I couldn’t speak the truth out loud.

This space is for the quiet healers—
the ones who feel deeply,

love deeply, and break deeply…
but are finding their way

back to themselves

piece by piece.

I share what I’ve learned

because these things saved me:

• why heartbreak feels like physical pain
• how the nervous system reacts when you’re grieving someone who’s still alive
• how attachment patterns shape who we love
• how to move through emotional waves
• how to rebuild your identity after loss
• how to find yourself again after giving everything away

My intention isn’t to “fix” anyone.

I’m here to help you understand yourself

the way I learned to understand myself—
gently, slowly, honestly.

To offer language for emotions

you don’t know how to explain yet.
To give you tools that

helped me breathe again.

To hold space for your

story in the same way

I once needed someone

to hold mine.

Because I know what it’s like:

to miss someone so

deeply it makes you nauseous,
to question your worth

because someone didn’t choose you,
to go no-contact and

feel like you’re losing oxygen,
to hide your pain because

you’re tired of explaining it,
to break quietly so no one

worries about you.

No one teaches us how

to heal a heart.

So I made it my mission

to create what I needed.

My approach is simple:
Softness.
Nervous system care.
Understanding your emotional patterns.
Letting yourself feel without drowning.
Releasing love that hurts.
Returning to yourself—at your own pace.

Healing shouldn’t feel

like a performance.
It should feel like gentleness.

And that’s the foundation

of everything I share here.

What I believe:
• Heartbreak doesn’t mean

you’re broken.
• Missing someone

doesn’t make you weak.
• You deserve a love that feels

safe in your body,

not just in your fantasies.
• Healing is not linear,

but it is possible.
• You’re allowed to rebuild your

identity from scratch.
• You can start again,

even from your bed.

If you’re here,

this is your soft place to land.

This is for you if:
• you’re navigating heartbreak

or emotional loss
• you’re healing from

an ending you didn’t want
• you’re stuck in an

attachment cycle
• you miss someone

who isn’t coming back
• you don’t know who

you are without them
• you’re ready for tools

that actually help in the moment
• you want to feel understood

instead of judged

Together, we’ll rebuild:
your mind,

your identity,

your emotional world—
from the inside out.

Welcome to Healing From Bed.

Where your feelings are not too much.

Where your heartbreak has a home.

Where you learn to hold yourself

the way you always wished someone else would.

I’m honored you’re here.
